Shipping cost

All orders over $185 are FREE delivery to anywhere in Australia.  Items are shipped from regional Victoria via Australia Post, with a signature on delivery.  This means if no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be forwarded to your nearest post office for collection.  ID is required to collect parcel.

Orders under $185 will have regular or express Australia post options for you to choose from.  These orders also include the signature on delivery service.

For all international orders – In this box you will see a link to “calculate shipping”. From this page you can enter your country and postcode/zip code to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.

Shipping Times

Please refer to the product description.  Most pieces, except those in the Express Love Range, have a manufacturing time of 10 days.  This is from the time we receive suitable prints or from final proof approval is given.  Express Love pieces ship within 72 hours.

When does my order arrive?

Upon dispatch of your order you will be sent an email to confirm that your item is in the post and a tracking number will be supplied.
Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post website using the supplied tracking number.
