Shipping cost

All orders over $185 are FREE delivery to anywhere in Australia. Items are shipped from regional Victoria via Australia Post, with a signature on delivery. This means if no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be forwarded to your nearest post office for collection. ID is required to collect parcel.

Orders under $185 will have regular or express Australia post options for you to choose from. These orders also include the signature on delivery service.

For all international orders – In this box you will see a link to “calculate shipping”. From this page you can enter your country and postcode/zip code to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.

Production and Shipping Times

Please refer to the individual product description for the estimated production time for your chosen piece.

Most jewellery, including all print jewellery and name jewellery, has an approximate production time of 10 days. This timeframe begins once we have received suitable prints or, if you have requested a proof, once your final design has been approved.

Ashes jewellery has an approximate production time of six weeks from the date your loved one’s ashes are received at our studio, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. Each ashes jewellery piece involves several careful, individual production stages to ensure your loved one’s ashes are always handled with the utmost care and respect.

Production times do not include postage. Please also allow additional time for Australia Post delivery to and from our studio in postcode 3356.

When does my order arrive?

Upon dispatch of your order you will be sent an email to confirm that your item is in the post and a tracking number will be supplied. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post website using the supplied tracking number.
