Established in 2008, we have built a personalised jewellery brand based on Sentimental and Quality Keepsakes that last a lifetime.
Where it all started
Uneik Jewellery began in 2007 after I created a pendant with my three children’s fingerprints. Though it was made from a messy silver clay, it carried their prints, and I loved it. When I wore it, people admired the idea of capturing children’s prints in jewellery.
Wanting something finer in Gold or Sterling Silver, I spent seven months experimenting until I developed a process to craft fingerprint jewellery in 9ct Gold and Sterling Silver. This unique method earned an Australian Patent (IP Australia Patent 2008100644). During this time, I also saw demand for names to be incorporated into jewellery.
By mid-2008, Uneik Jewellery launched with two ranges: the Fingerprint Collection and the Expressions Collection (Personalised Name Jewellery). We later introduced the Hand & Footprint Collection, cherished by customers who hold only these memories of their loved ones, and the Pet Print Collection for those who treasure their pets.
