Complete Your Purchase: Use your preferred payment method—Afterpay, credit card, direct deposit or PayPal options, to finalise your order.

Cremation Kit Dispatch: Upon confirmation of payment, we’ll promptly send you our specialised cremation collection kit.

Crafting Begins: Once we receive your kit back at our studio we will send an email confirming receipt of your ashes. Our artisans will then start creating your bespoke piece.

Process Photos: During the crafting process, progress images are taken.  These will be supplied with your completed order.

Delivery with Care: Your finished piece(s) will be lovingly packaged, along with any unused materials, and shipped to you via express post, requiring a signature upon delivery. We’ll provide tracking information as soon as it’s available.

Current Production Time: Once we receive your ashes at our studio our current production time is 6 weeks.  If our studio is experiencing excessive workloads or delays we will update this timeframe on our website.  

Our resin jewellery is designed to be durable and long-lasting, but like all precious items, it requires proper care to maintain its beauty. To ensure that your memorial piece remains a lasting tribute to your loved one, we recommend the following care guidelines:

• Daily Wear: While our resin is hard-wearing, we advise against wearing your piece continuously to prevent potential damage.
• Chemical Exposure: Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, including cleaning agents and beauty products, which may affect the resin’s integrity.
• Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause discoloration. Store your piece in a shaded place when not in use.
• Moisture: Keep your jewellery away from extended periods of moisture to prevent any adverse effects on the resin.

How do I know that you have place my loved one’s ashes in my piece? 

It’s heartwarming to know that you’ll receive progress photos of the memory piece being created. These photos will allow you to witness the beautiful work in progress and cherish the memories associated with it. These photos will be sent with your completed piece.

How do I measure the right size ring?

Use our multi-sizer included in our collection pack. Please be sure the ring is the size you require. If your worried that you’re not sure the size is correct, ask your local jeweller to measure your finger correctly. Some jewellers charge to do this, but usually not.

Can my ring be resized?

All our ring excluding our rail rings (ashes around entire band) can be resized. Send them back to us and we will be happy to quote how much this will cost. Unfortunately, all the rail rings are not able to be resized, so please be extra careful measuring your finger as once there are ordered they cannot be changed. We will send a multi-sizer in our collection kit. We highly recommend that you go to your local jeweller and have your finger sized to be sure.
