Can I get a Print from any age?

For fingerprints it is recommended from 6 months of age. For any other prints, there is no age restrictions.

Our loved one has passed away. Can we still collect prints?

We are sorry for your loss… We can send a Print kit for you or your funeral director for print collection. Please contact us as soon as possible to have this arranged.

Time is limited, is there an alternative to the fingerprint kit?

Yes, you can use a normal ink pad or listed below is a link to our video on capturing prints using a pencil and sticky tape.
We are also happy to express post a kit to you, just get in contact with us.

We have prints that have been collected without your kit, can we still use these?

Yes, you can. If you want to confirm anything before you place your order, give us a call (1300 923330) or drop us an email to hello@uneik.com.au

Is the kit easy to do and what if I make a mistake?

Our kits are designed to collect many prints. The kit contains detailed instructions, and you can also watch a video below to see how it is done.
