🛒 1. Order Placed – Your journey begins! If you’ve requested a print-taking kit, we will dispatch it to you within 2 business days.
📩 2. Submit Your Prints – Return your completed prints to us via mail, email, or digital upload. We’ll send you an email update the moment they arrive safely in our studio.
🎨 3. Digital Proofing – Our design team will process your prints and create a custom digital proof. We will email this to you for your final approval to ensure it’s absolutely perfect.
🔨 4. Artisan Production – Once you give us the green light, your piece goes into production. Our crafting process takes 7–10 business days of dedicated care.
📦 5. Premium Dispatch – Your finished piece is carefully packed and shipped via Australia Post Express. We’ll email you the tracking details immediately.
🚚 6. Secure Delivery – For your peace of mind, a signature is required upon delivery. If you aren’t home to greet the courier, your parcel will be held securely at your local Post Office for collection.

How do you create the jewellery from my pet’s prints?

We take the unique paw print or nose print supplied by you and digitally optimize it to capture every fine detail, texture, and unique line. Our artisans then cast the print directly into your chosen precious metal jewellery piece, finishing it with a high-end, mirror-polished shine so you can carry a piece of them wherever you go.

Can you only use prints from dogs and cats?

Absolutely not! We can create jewellery from any animal. Whether you share your life with a dog, cat, horse, rabbit, bird, guinea pig, or even a lizard—if you can successfully capture a print, we can use it to create a timeless keepsake.

What types of prints can I use?

We primarily work with two types of pet prints:

• Paw Prints: Capturing the beautiful texture of your pet’s pads.

• Nose Prints: Just like human fingerprints, a pet’s nose print is entirely unique to them and makes for an incredibly detailed, elegant engraving.

How do I collect my pet’s paw or nose print?

Collecting a print is simple, safe, and can be done right at home:

• Inkless Print Kits: We can provide a mess-free, pet-safe inkless wipe kit that captures crisp details without leaving any residue on your pet.

• Ink and Paper: You can gently press your pet’s clean paw onto a standard non-toxic ink pad and stamp it onto clean white paper.

• For Nose Prints: Ensure the nose is gently patted dry, then briefly touch the inkless wipe or non-toxic ink pad to the nose and transfer it to paper.

Can you use a print I already have? (e.g., a vet’s ink print or paw or nose photo)

Yes. If you have a precious ink print from a veterinary clinic or a clear photograph of your pet’s nose or paw, we can use it. This is a beautiful way to create a lasting memorial for a beloved pet who has passed away.

Will the print on the jewellery look exactly like my pet’s print?

Yes! We preserve the organic, authentic texture from the original image you provide, ensuring the final engraving is an exact, sharp replica of your pet’s unique print and before production we can provide a digital proof for you to check placement and sizing of any print and engraving.
