Return policy

Before you hit order, we suggest you take the time to read through the order you are about to place.  Have you typed in the correct spelling of any names or words?  Are all the dates correct?  Do you understand what will be on the front of your piece and what is on the back? Have you correctly selected what metal you want? If you are not sure, contact us and we can check it with you.   You also have the opportunity to select a computer proof before the metal is poured.  Proofs will be emailed and require approval before the piece goes into production.

Due to the personalised and custom nature of our products, we regret that returns and exchanges are not possible except where WE have made an error or there is a defect with the product.
